Frequently asked questions
Answers from our shipping & refund policiesIs shipping really free?
Yes. Every LitemyDay order ships free with tracking — no minimum spend, no coupon needed. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery to the continental US takes 7–15 business days (Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: 15–25).
What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Message us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason — we'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your parcel is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice.
How do your prices compare?
We keep our pricing honest — quality gear without the boutique markup, with free tracked shipping included on every US order. All import duties and taxes are already covered, so the price you see at checkout is the final price.
How do I reach a real person?
Message us through the Contact Us page — we reply within 2 business days. Real people, real answers.
