Returns & Refunds

At LitemyDay, we want every order to be right. If something isn't, here is how we make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Message us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping is refunded only when the return results from our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
