Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping on Every Order

Every LitemyDay order ships free - no minimum spend, no coupon needed. This applies to all US delivery addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the continental US takes 7-15 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 15-25 business days.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Customs & Duties

You will never be asked to pay extra fees on delivery. All applicable import duties and taxes for US orders are already covered, so the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed within 1 business day of shipment. If it has not arrived, message us through the Contact Us page and we will resend it right away.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will reship the order or issue a full refund - your choice.
